Your monthly magazine subscriptions are delivered altogether in one easy to manage pack. Delivery is by secure carrier and a signature will be required on receipt. We use a track and trace service, so if you would like to know the status of your delivery please call customer services on 0208 974 3960.
Magazine deliveries commence on approximately the 15th of each month for the next month's issues. The timing of your delivery will depend on the publication dates of the titles you have chosen. Orders received before the 5th of each month will be processed for delivery that same month. Your magazines will be despatched as soon as all the magazines you have chosen are in stock. If you require more detailed information including publication dates and your despatch date please call customer services.
The "Kids Pack" magazine supplement is delivered with your main magazine pack subscription. This item cannot be ordered separately.
Weekly Magazines - customers who have ordered one of our monthly magazine packs, can add a subscription to any of our weekly titles on offer, such as Grazia, More & Heat. These subscriptions are NOT delivered with your monthly magazine pack order, rather they will be delivered every week directly to your business from the publisher by royal mail.
Magazine racks are delivered by secure courier and require a signature on arrival. If you are not present at the delivery address when they arrive a card will be left and you can re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time. Your rack will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed and delivery could take 2-3 days. We will email you once it has been despatched.
