Magazine Titles & Adjustments

If you would like order a multiple of magazines not indicated on our website, or would like to order multiple packs for multiple locations, please contact our sales team directly on sales@dltmedia.co.uk or call us on 020 8974 3970 and we can adjust your package(s) to suit your requirements.

Why is my title the current month rather than month-ahead?

There are a couple of common reasons for this:

  1. Publisher schedules
    Some publishers release magazines as the current month instead of month-ahead. This is still the most up-to-date issue available.
  2. Weekly magazines
    For weekly titles (such as Grazia, HELLO!, or Heat), we send the issue that has been published closest to the time your box is packed.

Why have I not received a title in my custom or bespoke package?

If a title hasn’t been included in your box, it’s usually because the next issue hasn’t been published yet. When this happens, the title should still show as current in your picking notes.

Not all magazines are published every month. You can check how often a title is released by searching for the desired title and clicking on it. If you’d like to receive the maximum amount of magazines in your box every month, we recommend choosing titles that are published 12 times a year.

We don’t include substitute titles when an issue hasn’t been released. This is because our pricing is based on giving you the flexibility to choose and swap the titles you love, alongside delivery. It also means our packages are often better value than individual subscriptions, while still providing the same number of issues published by the publisher (however frequently they choose to publish).

Why can’t I change my titles online?

If you are on a bespoke (custom) package, where your titles and pricing are individually selected, changes cannot be made directly online. Please email info@dltmedia.co.uk with the changes you’d like to make and our team will confirm any pricing adjustments.

Please note: Any changes made after the 1st of the month will take effect from the following month’s delivery.

How do I change my magazine titles?

To view or change your magazine titles, log into your online account at www.dltmagazines.co.uk using the person icon in the top right corner.

Will I receive promotional gifts (cover mounts) that come with the magazines?

We do not supply cover mounted items with the magazines in order to secure the lowest possible rates with publishers.

Invoices & Payments

How do I access my invoices?

You can view and download your invoices by logging into your online account at www.dltmagazines.co.uk (UK) https://dltmagazines.ie/ (Ireland).
Click the person icon in the top right corner and sign in using the email address linked to your account.

If you’re not sure which email is linked to your account or you need to reset your password, just email us at info@dltmedia.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I change my payment details (Direct Debit or recurring card payment)?

You can update your payment details at any time by logging into your online account.

If you’d prefer to update your details using a Direct Debit mandate form, or if you’ve forgotten your login, simply email info@dltmedia.co.uk and we’ll send one to you.

You can also call us on 020 8974 3970 and our team will be happy to update your payment details over the phone.

What are my payment options?

We offer various flexible payment methods; you can pay on invoice, by credit/debit card or by Direct Debit.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Mastercard Debit. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.

If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, you can choose your payment frequency – either monthly or quarterly.

To complete a Direct Debit instruction online, please ensure you have your bank account details ready. If you do not have your bank details available with you, please contact us so that we can send you a DD mandate form.

Will I be charged VAT?

VAT rates for magazines are charged accordingly:

  • 0% VAT for UK
  • 9% VAT for Ireland

This will be reflected in your invoice.

Standard VAT 20% applies to all our other products such as magazine racks and magazine protectors.

Why have I been charged twice?

If your Direct Debit was set up on or after the 16th of the month, you may see two payments taken a couple of months later. This is because payments set up after this date miss the bank’s processing cut-off for the following month, so the missed payment is collected alongside the next one.

This is explained in your Direct Debit Advance Notice, which is sent when your subscription is first set up. After this, payments will continue monthly as normal.

For recurring card payments made online, the first payment is taken on the day you sign up, and then ongoing payments are taken on the 1st of each month. This may result in two payments being taken close together initially and simply means your subscription is paid in advance.

How do I update my contact details?

You can update your contact details by logging into your online account at any time.

If you’ve forgotten your login details, just email info@dltmedia.co.uk or call us on 020 8974 3970, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How do I set up my online account?

To set up your online account, simply find your subscription confirmation email and click the link inside to create your password.

If you can’t find this email, no problem. Just contact info@dltmedia.co.uk and we’ll resend your login details.

Subscriptions

How do I order a subscription?

To place a subscription order, simply click on “Magazine Packs” and browse the packages available.

  • Custom packages:
    Choose the custom package that suits you, select your preferred titles, confirm your choices, and enter your details. Once completed, your order will be sent through to us.
  • Pre-selected packages:
    Select the package you’d like, add it to your basket, and enter your details to complete your order. This will then be sent through to us for processing.

If you’re interested in a print and digital bundle, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

What happens when my subscription comes to an end?

If you have an annual subscription with us, you will be notified 2 months prior to the end of your subscription notifying you that it is about to expire.

If you wish to cancel your subscription at your current stage, or change any titles – please contact us:

If you wish to continue with your subscription you do not need to take any action, it will auto-renew to the following year.

30-day rolling subscriptions will also continue until you notify us that you wish to cancel.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Cancelling a subscription

To cancel your subscription, please email info@dltmedia.co.uk with your client details.

Please note the following notice periods apply:

  • Monthly subscriptions: 30 days’ notice
  • Bespoke and group bundles: 3 months’ notice
  • Annual subscriptions: These will be set to non-renewal at the end of the term

What is the minimum contract period?

We offer both 30-day rolling subscriptions and an annual subscription, which offers greater savings.

Annual subscriptions must be paid for in advance, however for both the 30-day rolling and annual subscription, if you choose one of our Custom Magazine Packs, you can change your titles as often as you like.

How will my order be confirmed?

If you place your order online, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Following that, when your order is placed into our system you will have your subscription in detail re-confirmed by email. It is very important that you check the details of the confirmation, particularly the selection of titles and delivery address, and notify us immediately if there is any incorrect information.

Delivery & Issue Dates

How do I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery by logging into your online account and visiting the Orders section. Your most recent tracking number will appear at the bottom of your order list.

All UK deliveries are handled by Yodel, who will send tracking updates to the email address linked to your account so you can manage your delivery easily.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address by logging into your online account and editing your details.

When will my magazines be delivered?

  • UK deliveries: Typically arrive between the 12th and 22nd of each month
  • Ireland & Europe: Usually arrive between the 20th and the end of the month

Magazines are dispatched using the most recent issues published up to our mid-month packing date.
